ENVIROKARE TECH,INC. is a new technological company positioned in the market place to develop and market environmentally responsible products containing recycled materials, polymers and fibers. The Company is currently developing numerous industrial and commercial products, through a licensing agreement with Thermoplastic Composite Designs, Inc. (TCD), a Florida corporation, which has invented and developed a break-through composite plastics processing technology, the Thermoplastic Flowforming Process (TPF).

Envirokare's license agreement with TCD covers the exclusive right to design, develop, manufacture, market, license and sublicense the TPF technology into many applications and markets.

Envirokare and its management are committed to achieving our corporate "environmentally responsible products and processes" mission and returning value to its shareholders through the successful commercial exploitation of the TPF technology by way of providing cost-effective production and product development solutions for its customers and licensees.
